It is also required to have a certified documents proving widowed status if you are a widower. For couples below 18 years old, an affidavit with both parents’ signatures is required. If you are not a US citizen a passport or VISA is needed.

In the US Virgin Islands destination wedding, it is important to indicate whether your marriage will be performed by a Judge in the Court or by a clergy member. For weddings performed by the Court, an appointment must be arranged.
