When I was a kid, absolutely loved scary costumes. I had a younger brother who I was not very nice too. I didn’t always wait until Halloween to scare him, although often I did. I would put on a striped sweater, wear a glove Nightmare on Elm Street, and put on some latex makeup to look like Freddy Krueger. I was very good. My scary Halloween costumes must have given him countless nightmares. If he wasn’t scared, he certainly gave the impression that he was. I was always grounded for my scary costume antics! When I had kids of my own, however, I had to give up my scary Halloween costume thing for a little while.
