It is natural for men as they age to have an enlarged prostate. As the prostate gland is so nearly situated as to affect the urethra when enlarged, so the effect of urinary problems with BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia). Such prostate disease may be bearable by some, but many have found such to disturb their daily activities. Blood in the urine, weak urination and a feeling of still having the urge to urinate are also symptoms of a prostate disease. Prostate cancer may also be one to contend with. Such prostate disease also affects a man’s sexual function.
