Primordial Sound Meditation

Primordial sound meditation is a meditation technique that originated from the ancient knowledge of India. Today this authentic knowledge has been revived by Deepak Chopra, M.D. and David Simon, M.D, and made available in a format that can be easily learned and practiced by everyone.

Primordial sounds are the unique sounds or vibrations of the natural universe. In meditation, the Primordial sounds used are called mantras. These mantras are personal, they are chosen on basis of Vedic mathematics which establishes a specific sound or vibration of the universe at the time and place of birth. The mantra when silently repeated during primordial sound meditation, frees the mind of external distractions that enables us to find stillness within. Quieting the mind in a gentle manner brings more subtle feelings to conscious awareness and the effect soothes our mind, body and soul.

What does primordial sound meditation do to my health?
