There is much health benefit attributed to both phosphatidyl choline and choline found in lecithin supplements. The compound has been associated with treatments for a variety of diseases from lowering high blood cholesterol, to reducing heart attacks and stroke, atherosclerosis, dispelling symptoms of cirrhosis of the liver and gall stones, and improving memory loss.
