Instead, the thatch, bamboo and terracotta cottages complement the quiet elegance pervading the entire property, successfully establishing an ambience of refined rusticity in the public areas.
Access to the Galley Bay Antigua Resort is via a wooden bridge, thus ensuring that only very little disruption streams in from the outside world. For a more appreciative view of the sparkling ocean from the property, a picturesque wooden deck is provided.

Accommodations
All guest rooms of the Galley Bay Antigua Resort have terracotta tiled floors, louvered windows, ceiling fans, air conditioning, mini refrigerators, hair dryers, coffee machines, bathrobes, wall saves and bathrooms with showers and a king size bed.
There are three kinds of accommodations available. The Gauguin cottages sit right on the edge of the bird sanctuary lagoon, just 50 yards from the beach while the Superior Beachfront Rooms reflect the original Galley Bay Antigua with their traditional low-rise rooms with patios that step right onto the white sand of the beach. The Deluxe Beachfront Rooms on the other hand are well spacious and definitely larger than the Superior Beachfront Rooms with walk in closets, large beach patios, and modern designer bathrooms.
