Dahn Yoga: Balance and Harmony for your life

Although you might be unaware of the practice, the art of Dahn yoga has become extremely popular around the world with all manner of individuals concerned about their personal fitness. The word Hak, when translated, means the study of any philosophy or theory. By combining the two words, the meaning refers to the study of energy for their own self development and well-being purposes. While this is somewhat of an extremely literal translation, it is a clear indication of what the purpose and idea of yoga it refers to and what the practice of yoga is all about. 

 

With this intense training regimen, the individual learns to communicate through their bodies with energy, making a jump from good health along to strong mental faculties. With the effort at increasing stimulation and circulation of the body’s energy, the body’s natural healing power is brought to the forefront and begins to recuperate the body, regenerating energy of its own accord. By continuing the exercise over an extended period of time, good health can be enjoyed and the ability for yoga to improve the body can be allowed to go to work.
