Curacao Resorts

Unveiling the beach bums’ paradise in the Caribbean.

Have you tried closing your eyes and imagining white sand beaches, crystal-clear blue water and perfect weather? Did you see yourself basking under the sun (possibly topless?), sipping ice-cold pi acolada, listening to the local radio playing something you couldn’t figure out, but not minding anyway? Can you hear the gentle splash of the waves and occasional chirps of the birds while looking at the long stretch of fine white sand?

Farther in the water, a group of diving enthusiasts prepare to dive. Two Curacaoan guys are snorkeling not far from them. You feel like going near the water. A raft moored just off the beach seems like a good spot. There, you get a better view of the resort. Parasols and some palm trees lined along the sandy beach provide shelter to some locals who are probably out on a day off.

You divert your attention to the resort. You recall how awed you were when you arrived at this charming place. Curacao Resorts, particularly this one, offered you warm hospitality and remarkable service from the day you checked in. Your studio-type accommodation is luxurious, painted in Caribbean hues. The furnished terrace provided you a good view of the quaint tropical garden that has a lot of delightful flowery bushes. Birds frequent the garden and are a sight to see.

Suddenly you stopped thinking and realized you haven’t had breakfast. You got off the raft and started walking towards the restaurant. You heard that some Curacao Resorts offer some lizard dish and wondered if you’ll finally be getting a taste of it. You found out that lizards actually abound, not just in Curacao Resorts, but everywhere in Curacao.

A few Curacao Resorts have Animal Encounters Amenity including feeding flamingos and even some sea creatures like sharks. It was an activity you really loved.

Walking along the shoreline, you found out that a lot more people are snorkeling. You decided to try it yourself. You were surprised why you didn’t try it earlier. You can see everything very clearly. Occasionally an eel passed by, a big school of bright-colored fishes, and yes, an octopus! Time to call it a day!

Just when you decided to rest, you heard soft guitar music. You asked around and were told that live bands are a popular thing in some Curacao Resorts. You linger in the restaurant even way after you had your fill of dinner. Mesmerized, as cruise ships can be seen plying by at a distance. The long white shoreline is breathtaking at night. A couple walking hand in hand completed the picture-perfect view.

Sighing contentedly, you realized it was late. You tuck yourself in, thinking of other Curacao Resorts to visit. You fall asleep deep sleep.

Suddenly you opened your eyes and scratched your head.

Has everything been a dream? Was it all just a figment of your imagination? Or was it something you desperately wanted to experience creating an illusion of some sort?

Dream, imagination, illusion…It was real. It was actually a grand tour of Curacao Resorts and what they have to offer.
